The Gladstone Readings

Before you do anything more, go to the following link and read the poem Plato's Cave... "Do it now, man!"

https://liveencounters.net/le-poetry-writing-2018/06-june-pw-2018/peter-oneill-platos-cave/

Isn't that the coolest thing you ever saw? Some poet dude comparing his local watering hole to the mythic cavernous structure of ancient mythological folklore...

Well, I thought it was inspiring...

Ah, that buke I hear you ask about? Why its The Gladstone Readings... A now mythic event which took place in the what is beginning to look like a fair an enchanted time, my friends...

Did it actually happen? Did it actually take place?... All those encounters, for almost two years....?

Well, thee buke does still exist, doesn't it?....

If in doubt, ask one of these lassies or lads...

CeeJay ( Belgium )
Christine Murray
Michael J. Whelan ( Tallaght by way of Kosovo )
Rosita Sweetman
Arthur Broomfield
John W. Sexton ( The Kingdom )
Daniel Wade ( The Forty Foot and back )
Brendan McCormack ( West Cork )
David Rigsbee ( North Carolina, USA )
Enda Coyle Greene ( Skerries )
John Saunders
Helena Mulkerns ( Howth via Kabul )
Roisin Brown ( Loughshinny )
Fiona Irwin
Eamon Mag Uidhir ( His own mind )
Bob Shakeshaft
Omar Baz Radwan ( the Lebanon)

Thank you all for taking the time to come out and see me.... It was fun, while it lasted....

You too Sam and Bob, and Jim and everyone else...
